winmatrix V2 for xp

Well I tried to update my first vs with the thing I have already learn about making vs and in the end turn out almost totaly diferent. so I decided to sumited as winmatrix version 2. It include skin for rocketdock,sshutdown, a toolbar for styler,new shellstyle and new wallpaper. hope you people enjoy. Any comment will be acepted.

Update: change style of windows buttons and change styler toolbar.

Update: change some of the buttons to better math. For now I not going to work in this so I have time to others vs.
